KDAW was honoured with an ICTAD National Construction Performance Award in 2013 for the construction of the Murunkan to Mannar water Supply Scheme. The Project consisted of laying 22Km of HDPE transmission line, including a 3.5Km DI lagoon Crossing.

KDAW has also substantially completed the phase 2 of the Mannar Water Supple Scheme which con- sists of 93km of UPVC and 58Km of HDPE lines for the distribution and transmission mains.
